Online Ordering Available

It’s been a while since I’ve posted an update. A lot has happened in the few weeks since the soft opening. It’s hard for me to believe that I have regular customers now and the feedback has been overwhelmingly positive. I really look forward to opening each week.

The weather isn’t looking great for Saturday of this Labor Day 2024 weekend. I figured I should get online ordering setup so people can order ahead. I do plan to be open on Monday too. Monday hours will be noon to 5pm-ish or until sellout.

The online ordering system is through Square. That’s the same company I use for the Point of Sale system in the truck. I’m planning to snap some photos of all of the menu items this weekend and get them onto the online ordering site.

The online ordering system requires a credit card payment to place the order. If you prefer to pay cash it’s best to text/call your order in ahead of time @ 207-614-9178

Also, I have programmed a few NFC cards to open the Google Maps Submit Review page for Smoked Food Truck. Forgive my terrible penmanship on the cards. They’re in the napkin holders sitting on the tables. Reviews are incredibly helpful for new businesses. If you would like to leave a review just tap/hold your phone (Android) or dip your phone (IPhone) to the NFC card and you will be Directed to this Google Maps Page where you can leave a quick review.

Google Maps has been very slow to update. It’s been more than 30 days and they still won’t update the address or business hours. No idea what’s taking so long.
