Soft Opening Day (Today)

After catering a series of private events this spring and summer, I’m opening to the public for the first time today. It’s a “soft” opening, no big announcements or advertising.

I haven’t updated much here on the website or on social media because I’ve been crazy busy getting the truck done. Then I had to wait a few weeks for the inspection and to get the license issued. It’s nice to start a new chapter in this business and actually start cooking food for the public and not just friends & family.

I’ll have a menu posted here soon with online ordering available next week. Hours will be 12:00 – 8:00pm on Friday and Saturday.

I feel like I’m starting a new job today. Thankfully I know the boss well and won’t have any annoying co-workers.

Later this month I plan to get a logo installed on the truck. Should look something like the image at the top of the page.
