Fire Suppression Hood, Part 1
The food truck build continues, but at a slower pace than what I had hoped.
I started the installation of the fire suppression hood and posted a video to my YouTube channel with the progress.
The reason for the delay in truck progress is that I spent a few days doing site work and building concrete forms for a 24’x30′ pad to park the truck at Sugar Leaf Co . This will give me room for the truck and a couple of large picnic tables while keeping everything from sinking in mud when it rains.
